Thirty Day – Presentation
Friday, June 29, 2007

Today will be our presentation day and also our last day, because tomorrow morning we will be going back to Singapore. Due to the project, last night didn't have a chance to sleep, therefore today feel tired. Even standing I will fall in sudden, so scary.

The project comment from the teachers and viewer were well done, good job, professional etc but I know in my point of view, it was long long way for improvement. If there is more time, I would like to do it better.

Overall it gave me and the people in this exchange program a memorable moment and a wonderful memories that will never forget. Love Hong Kong and will miss Hong Kong... ...

P.S: The exchange program was over but keeping in touch with one another will never end.

Eighth Day - Trip to Macau

Today will be the day where we make our way to Macau! Early in the morning, went to took the boat transport for about 1 hour.

Follow by visiting the famous places and we had our breakfast at one of the shop where they are famous in the pork bun. Yummy... ...

After that we proceed on to the Art Museum. Going on floor by floor. Feel that they are more bond with China compare to Hong Kong. Once again we had our lunch at a nearby restaurant.

After that we went to tour around and visit a Church. As Macau is also having their Summer Season, the day was rather hot and uncomfortable.

As we were touring around, I took some time buying some famous food home. Thing like Almond Cake and I also ate the famous Egg Tart. Wow...better taste than the Singapore Food Fest.

At the last stop, we went to another Museum. There are many History available in it. Too much till I only listen some. At around 6pm, we made our way back to Hong Kong.

Seventh Day - Graduation Show

Today went to school visit at IVE (Tsing Yi) where our Hostel belong to them. The school is quite similar with my ITE College East. Both are currently the biggest campus that combine different schools together.

We went to visit the facility and know more about what course they offer. Well interesting, many expensive and new machine for students.

Then at late afternoon, we went to a Graduation Show open by the IVE School of Design that showcase their students work. It is very nice and professional. I can't imagine if ITE can do that, it look like Poly student work. Some even better then their University work. Amazing creativity!

Well about night, we took boat to the other side and watch the 10 minutes lighting of Hong Kong. Very nice. The sport light shine up on to the sky!

Sixth Day - Free & Easy

Wow....the best day ever, a solid free day for us to shop around in Hong Kong! Together with my Hong Kong friends, we went to shop around at the famous places, Hong Kong version of Orchard Road.

We also went to Edison Chen shop. It is a very special shop where you can't go in easily. You will need to go through a security guard to open the gate at ground floor then you can go up and shop, each level will only have 2 shop. The thing sell in his shop are so expensive! HK$1,000+^^...

Well everyone in the shop are so quiet, soon after that I asked my friend the item so expensive won't the shop close down. Then the answer is Edison got other shop outside open with few other star. He is rich and the shop will stay on.

When it reach new time, we went to take picture at Time Square then proceed on with shopping... I like the night life at Hong Kong, so different from Singapore and the thing sell in Hong Kong are much more cheaper than Singapore, no need to pay tax.

Fifth Day - Hong Kong Museum of History

Visiting the Hong Kong Museum of History was quite similar with last time we let the Hong Kong student visit our Singapore National Museum. Everything we do here are the repaid of last time when they came over to Singapore.

Well the same thing to me, history is boring to me. Carrying the device that enable you to press the number at a point where you can know the story of it. I think the most attraction in the museum will be the video shown. I enjoy and know better with watching motion images with sound than still images with sound.

After a few hours, we gather back at around 4pm. Soon it is the free time for us once again. When to shop around... haha... ...

Fourth Day - Ma Wan Park

Today we are visiting a small village called Ma Wan, it is a nice place, clean and green. This park that we went in is build for student. It is a park that consist of LOVE and CARE.

Due to the hot summer day, we all can't take it... keep on finding ways to hide away from the sun. Then as I walk, I saw toilet and I suddenly think of air-con build inside the toilet. Therefore I called my friends and check it out. Wa....really there is, and we stay inside the small toilet, soon more and more people came in. Then until we felt better, we make our way on. We also visited a small fishing village.

At night, we went to have our dinner. Free and Easy... Went into a place called Satay Restaurant and ate our dinner for about S$10=HK$50.
